Dino fans, the wait is almost over.
In exactly 40 days, the gates to a forbidden island in the Atlantic Ocean will swing open once again with the highly anticipated release of Jurassic World: Rebirth. Hitting theaters on July 2, 2025, the film promises to bring a lot of new prehistoric predators, to expand the lore, and take us back to our beloved dinosaurs that made the original Jurassic films so iconic. Jurassic World: Rebirth is expected to be both a continuation and a reset, blending the legacy of the past with bold future directions. So far we have seen numerous teasers and trailers and we already expect the introduction of never-before-seen hybrid species and even mutants, as well as the return of several fan-favorite characters, both humans and dinosaur.
No matter how the trailers have teased us with glimpses of shadowy new creatures and hinted at a larger-than-ever scale of chaos, one thing’s for sure: the dinosaur universe is evolving which is the only right direction to keep the legacy of Jurassic Park and Jurassic World alive.
