Look at these legs. These are the legs of a sprinter. No Galliminus is safe anymore. The Carnotaurus from the brand new line of toys called Charge ‘N Chomp is a major update to the popular theropod. It features a dramatic new color scheme and introduces the brand-new Charge ‘N Chomp action feature, which looks like an exciting evolution of Mattel’s dinosaurs.

The body of the Carnotaurus is very detailed. The two horns are quite long and painten black. Multiple rows of large, sharp scutes and spikes runs all the way from the back of its neck down its spine and tail, giving it a very aggressive, armored profile. The head sculpt is classic Carnotaurus, with a heavily textured “armored” skull and its signature horns.

The legs are quite powerful and have lots of joints, allowing them the sprinting motion that can be triggered with the press of the button.

This new feature Charge ‘N Chomp is the main selling point of this dinosaur. It can be activated by the button on the belly. When pressed and pumped, it activates a dual action: the highly-articulated legs, which feature multiple new joints, move in a running motion, and the head simultaneously lunges forward with a chomping jaw action.

The paint job is also quite menacing-looking with a lot of very high-contrast colors. The main body is dark gray. Covered with a lot of scar-like stripe patterns in a dark red on its flanks. The head is the most striking part, it almost seems like the Carnotaurus is wearing a red mask on its face, covering its eyes.
