Museum Star: Dippy Around the World
One Diplodocus skeleton has been copied and displayed on several continents.
Dippy stood in the main hall of the Natural History Museum in London for over a century and later went on a tour of the UK.
What Is Legacy Collection?
Legacy Collection is the Jurassic World range that brings back creatures, characters and moments from the films, often in film-inspired packaging. The Diplodocus is a large, sauropod-sized figure in that range, with no electronics.

About Diplodocus
Diplodocus was named in 1878 by Othniel Charles Marsh. The name means double beam, after the double-beamed chevron bones under its tail.
It lived in the Late Jurassic, about 154 to 152 million years ago, in western North America. It could reach around 24 to 26 m long.
Diplodocus was a sauropod with a long neck and an even longer tail. It ate plants, stripping leaves with its peg-like teeth.
